Where we ship

We currently ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not ship outside Canada at this time.

Shipping costs

Free shipping is available on all orders. The exact shipping cost, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

•             Order processing: 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.

•             Delivery: most orders arrive within 8 to 13 business days after your order is placed.

•             Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. Remote areas and busy periods (such as Black Friday and the holidays) can add a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will let you know by email.

Where your order ships from

Your glasses are shipped from China by our logistics partner.

Taxes and customs

Any applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. You will not be charged any customs duties or brokerage fees on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay such fees, contact us and we will reimburse them.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Late, lost or undelivered packages

If your package has not arrived within 13 business days, or your tracking has not updated for 7 days, email us at contact@plemea.com. We will check with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you may also cancel it and receive a full refund, as provided by consumer protection law.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible: we can correct it before your order ships. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will do our best to help.
